2025 Residential Directory
The Palo del Amo Woods Board of Directors is pleased to announce that in 2025, a new PDAW Residential Directory will be provided to Members of the Homeowners Association of Palo del Amo Woods, free of charge. The directory will provide critical contact information that will enable you to easily connect with the Homeowner’s Association and other residents and help you stay abreast of what’s happening within the community.

Street Sweeping Enforcement Begins Soon!

- Enforcement of No Parking begins soon
- Violators will receive a parking ticket
Please notice that new signs are being installed and soon there will be the start of enforcement. Mailers have been sent to all residents in the neighborhood, with reminders posted on parked vehicles.
Handicap placards are not exempt and are still expected to abide by the street sweeping regulations and can receive a citation if parked on those dates and times.

We Need You to Help Us Fight Graffiti!

Taggers are attacking our walls on a regular basis. Currently only one person is helping to remove it. Clark Rudder and his wife have been painting before Christmas time so that our family and friends coming into our community would not see this. We have reported this activity to the Sheriff Department and have not received a reply. We need more volunteers to join the graffiti removal team to help. We can’t allow these criminals to take over our community. We have worked so hard to keep the Del Amo Woods safe and graffiti free. If you can donate some time, please call us at the phone number below.
