The Palo Del Amo Woods Homeowners Association (HOA) Board of Directors is a group of volunteer homeowners elected by the community to oversee the affairs of the Association. The Board is responsible for managing the Association’s finances, maintaining and protecting common and exterior community areas and making decisions that help preserve property values and enhance the quality of life for all residents. Board members work on behalf of the entire community and strive to make decisions that are fair, transparent, and in the best interests of the Association.
