
We are now accepting dues for 2026! Pay today for the new year and to support the HOA! We have 3 easy ways for you to pay:
1) Through PayHOA: If you are an existing member, log into the PayHOA system and pay online via a credit card. Don’t forget to add your cell phone number to your profile. If you need us to send you an invitation to join, please email your name, property address and cell phone number to palo@pdaw.org
2) Via Zelle: Send your payment via Zelle using the QR code below. Then email or text us palo@delamowoods.org or 213-267-1775 with your name, property address, email and cell phone number.
3) Through Regular Mail: Print the application and and mail it to us at: PO Box 661, Harbor City, CA 90710 along with your preferred payment method below.

Get involved & support your HOA! Your $85 annual membership fee gives you a voice and pays for…
- Participation in regular community meetings – both in-person and online Zoom meetings
- Ongoing communication sent via email and text message
- Invitations and coordinated government officials’ visits to our community meetings
- Ongoing graffiti removal and painting of the community perimeter walls
- Pruned trees around inner perimeter and gardener to maintain outer perimeters
- Ongoing reports to Metro of open gates leading to areas behind our homes (and enabling unauthorized access to these areas)
- Ongoing reports to CHP of speeding on major streets adjacent to our community (Vermont & Normandie)
- Ongoing reports to Public Works of homeless encampment activities adjacent to our community
- Ongoing reports to Public Works/Metro regarding overgrown shrubbery in areas adjacent to railroad tracks (Oakhorne Drive)
- Charitable events in the community, such as the annual Adopt-a-Family program
- Continuing work with public agencies to address graffiti and other issues on the pedestrian bridge at 243th and Normandie Avenue
- Continuing work with the Sheriff’s Department to address parking issues arising from shorter-than-standard driveways that have resulted in ticketing
- Continuing work with our waste collector, UWS, to address community concerns and subpar performance
- Annual/bi-annual community events such as Holiday-a-Rama, the Annual Picnic and Block Party, and community yard sale
- Researching the history of PDAW’s HOA status and so much more!
