Costs to operate and maintain the sewer system have continued to increase since sewer service fees in the Consolidated Sewer Maintenance District (CSMD) were last adjusted in 2014. To continue funding essential operations and maintenance services of the county’s sewer system and keep pace with rising inflation, Public Works is proposing a fee increase for its sewer services in 2025.
