The Senior Recreation program provides recreation activities for seniors ages 50 and older. Senior Recreation offers numerous exercise classes, health information, fairs and much more. Participants must maintain their own personal hygiene without assistance. Care providers are welcomed but must be with client at all times. No children are allowed in senior programs, activities, trips or special events.
If there are programs, activities, or feedback, we encourage you to share with us. Senior Recreation services is located in the East Wing of the Carson Event Center. Office hours are Monday – Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. For more information, please call (310) 952-1782, ext. 1479.
