As election time for the HOA approaches in March, the community is looking for candidates to run for the following positions: President; 1st Vice President; 2nd Vice President; Treasurer; and Secretary. If you’re interested in any other HOA committee position(s), contact a current HOA Board member at [email protected].
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1) The office term begins on April 1, 2025 and ends March 31, 2026. If you are interested in running for office, or if you are planning to nominate someone, please make sure that they are aware and willing to serve the one-year commitment.
2) One election application per household; no members may be nominated for more than one office nor be elected to more than one office.
3) You must be a paid member to run for office or to vote in the election.
4) Nomination applications, candidate biographical statements, and dues payments will be due by February 15, 2025.
5) The official job duties for these elected positions (per the by-laws) are listed online and in the most recent newsletter..
6) As we get closer to the election, it will be determined by the Nomination Committee, and the application vetting process, if these respective positions will be contested or uncontested.
