Let’s Keep Our Community Beautiful and Safe – Together
Dear Neighbors,
We all take pride in calling this community home. It’s where our children ride their bikes, where we greet one another on morning walks, and where we feel a sense of belonging. Every corner, every flower bed, and every clean wall is a reflection of our shared commitment to keeping our neighborhood beautiful and secure.
That’s why I’m writing to remind us of something powerful: for just $85 — less than what many families spend on a single dinner out we can continue funding the services that protect and enhance our surroundings. These funds directly support graffiti removal and exterior landscaping, both of which play a vital role in maintaining the look and feel of our neighborhood.
It’s more than just aesthetics. A well-kept community is a safer one. It’s proven that when our streets and shared spaces are cared for, it fosters a deeper sense of respect and deters vandalism and neglect.
So let’s stand together. Let’s contribute. Let’s make sure that the place we call home remains a source of pride and joy — not just for us, but for every visitor and future neighbor.
We are approaching the celebration of the community’s 60th anniversary, currently, our Homeowners Association membership is 229 homes, there are 880 plus homes in our community. We need the participation of everyone. Due to this low participation our annual Community Block Party scheduled for September 13, 2025, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm has been cancelled. This is the first time this has happened since COVID.
The annual contribution of $85 per household supports some of our ongoing services, events including graffiti removal and exterior landscaping. These efforts help maintain the neighborhood’s appearance and support measures that contribute to its overall spirit and safety. Research suggests that well-maintained public spaces can reduce instances of vandalism and neglect by promoting a sense of order.
Your participation in these voluntary HOA dues help ensure the continued care, value, and maintenance of our community for current and future residents. Thank you in advance for being a part of something wonderful. Do it now!
