Palo Del Amo Woods is a voluntary, non-mandatory homeowners association. Ownership of property within the community does not require membership in the association.
There are no mandatory HOA dues, assessments, transfer fees, resale packages, HOA certifications, estoppel letters, demand statements, move-in/move-out fees, or association approval requirements associated with the sale or transfer of property.
The association does not govern property transfers, review sales transactions, or provide documents required by lenders for mandatory homeowners associations. Participation in the association and its activities is entirely optional for homeowners.
