I’ve called multiple times to get the gates closed on Normandie. How do we get someone to take action on this?

BNSF Railway Train Maintenance is responsible for those gates. They can be reached at 1 (800) 832-5452. This is a concern since that walkway gives direct access to the backyards on Oakhorne.
