As February rolls in we are now in the second month of the new year. The PDAW HOA relies on your annual dues of $85 to continue providing services to the community. Without your dues, we are unable to pay for our communication services, operating expenses and materials needed to help keep our neighborhood clean. Keep in mind that all of the board members are volunteers and all activities that the HOA focuses on are voted on by the members and board members of the HOA. This afternoon, we sent out a reminder to all 2024 members who have not already paid for the 2025 year yet. We apologize for those of you who received the email in error. March/April starts the new term for the newly elected board members. We’re hoping to get them off to a fresh start so they can start working on some new initiatives. Please support your HOA by paying your dues and helping to recruit neighbors who are not already part of the association. Your support means a lot to us not just financially, but to show that the work that we are doing is appreciated by our peers.
