The Palo Del Amo Woods Homeowners Association held its General Meeting last night, bringing neighbors together to discuss important community matters and ongoing concerns.

A key topic of discussion was the condition of the oil well sites throughout the neighborhood, particularly issues related to overgrown grass, untrimmed trees, and general upkeep. Residents expressed concern about the impact these conditions have on the overall appearance and safety of the community.

In the midst of these concerns, we are proud to recognize the outstanding efforts of The Floyd Family. After noticing the condition of the corner at Ashbridge and Spicewood, the Floyds took it upon themselves to make a difference.

Disturbed by the overgrown and neglected state of the area, they arranged for their gardener to step in. The space was transformed through the removal of trash, cutting of grass, and clearing of weeds. The before-and-after photos clearly highlight the significant improvement made through their initiative.

Their actions reflect a deep commitment to community pride and serve as an inspiring example of what can be accomplished when neighbors take action. The Palo Del Amo Woods HOA extends its sincere appreciation to the Floyd family for their admirable contribution.
