Wayne Ballinger – Developer/Oil Sites Update
Wayne Ballinger, the developer who purchased a number of oil sites, shared that the state has mandated that these sites be developed into multiple-unit residences, specifically triplexes (Three-unit buildings). Mr. Ballinger is no longer taking calls directly. You can email the HOA at [email protected] if you have any questions.
Safety Team

CERT Committee Update
With the decommissioning of oil sites, there is a need for critical equipment to be stored in homes in the South, Central and North Sections. Additionally, some equipment needs to be disposed of. For more information, contact Jimmie Mitchell at 310-901-9403.
Website and PayHOA Update
Vince Ramos, Systems Administrator, presented a detailed overview of the new website and the new payment solution, PAYHOA. For more information, visit pdaw.org.

A tribute was paid to the residents who passed away between January 2024 and January 2025.

60th Anniversary Celebration
The 60th Anniversary was celebrated throughout the night with decorations, a trip down “Memory Lane,” a toast, and cake. Paid members received their 60th Anniversary Directory. Those not in attendance will receive theirs in the coming days. Non-members can purchase a directory for $20, or join the HOA to receive one for free.
