Invoices were sent via email to the 100+ members who have not paid their annual HOA dues. Please pay via PayHOA, by Zelle or by mailing a check to our PO Box by the end of February. Also the 2026–2027 Board elections have been postponed. Additional details will be provided in the upcoming community newsletter.
