Dear PDAW Members,
We’re launching a membership drive with an ambitious but achievable goal: 437 members — half of the 874 homes in Palo Del Amo Woods.
To help make this happen, we’re forming a PDAW Membership Drive Committee and would love for you to join us!
The committee will help with:
- Neighborhood Outreach – Connect with homeowners and encourage them to become members.
- Communications – Help with emails, flyers, social media, and campaign materials.
- “Bring One Neighbor” Campaign – Encourage current members to recruit one neighbor.
- Membership Events – Help organize opportunities for homeowners to learn more and join.
- Membership Tracking – Monitor our progress toward 437 members.
- Homeowner Feedback – Ask residents what they would like PDAW to accomplish.
- Campaign Ideas – Help make the membership drive positive, engaging, and fun.
You don’t need to be a salesperson—or an HOA expert. We’re simply looking for a few enthusiastic members who are willing to attend some planning meetings, help with outreach, and reach out personally to neighbors.
We don’t need every homeowner to do everything. We just need more homeowners to do something.
